It’s Time To Stop Dieting

It’s Time To Stop Dieting

Warriors, there is so much more to life than our weight.
Yet, if you’re anything like the average woman, you’ve spent years of your life thinking about your weight and your body.
I don’t have many regrets in life yet boy do I regret the amount of time I’ve spent thinking negatively about my body. I deeply regret the years that I linked my worth to my physical appearance.
It’s time to change.
The first step to having a healthy relationship with food and your weight is to become aware of what you’re thinking about food and your weight.
Tune back into yourself.
What do you want?
What feels good?
Over the years we’ve jumped on this treadmill of life, powered mostly by men, telling us how to value ourselves.
Let’s get off.
Our collective brain power is needed.
It’s time warriors.
If you want something to be different, we need to be different.

For the first time in a long time, I’m offering a program detailing the pathway to permanent weight loss so that you can put this behind you once and for all. Join the hundreds of women that I’ve helped move from thinking and obsessing about their weight to instead thinking and obsessing on ways to live a life they love. The enrollment ends this week. You don’t want to miss this: https://www.smbwell.com/weightloss as I have no plans to offer it again. You are here for a reason and it’s my belief that that reason has nothing to do with your body shape or size. Learn more here: www.smbwell.com/weightloss

If you are reading this after Friday, January 10th, sign up to this waitlist in case I ever offer it again. https://www.waitlistr.com/lists/1032c806/path-to-permanent-weight-loss

10 All Natural Ways to Beat Anxiety

10 All Natural Ways to Beat Anxiety

Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the U.S. right now and it’s on the rise; affecting all age groups.
It’s imperative for us to look at why this is a trend and the role we play so that we can stop reverse it. I’ve done this in a lot of past posts so for today, let’s look at ways that we can help ourselves feel less anxious naturally.
These are 10 free, chemical-free things we can do to help set us up so we don’t experience as much anxiety and also to help us when we’re in the thick of it.
It’s not that anxiety won’t happen. In fact, it’s not a goal to go through life anxiety or worry free. Most fear is a sign that we’re pushing ourselves, that we’re living up to our potential here on earth. That said, there’s a reason why people pop a pill: It’s easier. Choosing to do some of these things aren’t easy but keep at it warrior.
You’re not here for easy.
You’re here to live a full life.
You’re here to thrive.
Join me and let’s take it to the next level of awesomeness!

Don’t miss this week’s Warrior Women discussion (Thursday at 10:30 AM Est) as I can elaborate on any of these. Remember warriors, growing older is a great thing! What are the 5 Wellness Pillars? (and Why Should I Care?)

Each of the 5 pillars are crucial to our overall state of well being. If we neglect even one pillar for too long, we will suffer.
