How to Stop Fixing Yourself and Start Accepting Yourself
Learning how to accept yourself is one of the most life-changing things you will ever practice. Last week in Episode 401, I talked about one of the most foundational skills for emotional maturity: learning to tell the difference between what is actually happening in your life and what you are thinking about what is happening. If you missed it, go back and listen first because today we are building on it.
This week I want to share the second thing. And if the first one gave you agency, this one gives you peace. Because no matter how much you skill up, how much you grow, how emotionally mature you become, there will always be something. Always. And learning to be okay with that, truly okay, is one of the most life-changing shifts you will ever make.
This episode is for the woman who is tired of waiting until she is fixed to start being kind to herself.
