Hi you! 👋🏽⁣⁣How is your day going?⁣⁣I'm doing really well...now. ⁣⁣Five minutes ago, that was not the case. ⁣⁣🤦🏼‍♀️⁣⁣I felt grumpy, my shoulders were tight and I swear if you could've done an x-ray of my brain it would've shown dark sludge. ⁣⁣😫⁣⁣Luckily, I paused to see what the heck was going on. I realized I was holding on to the most trivial thing that happened at the supermarket earlier that day. When I paused to realize what I was thinking about and to think a bit deeper about what happened, I was able to move on. ⁣⁣⁣⁣Which is why I'm here asking how you're doing because I know that stopping to actually check in with ourselves and really answer that question can be the difference between a bad day versus a bad five minutes. 💙
