Who is Tanja?

Tanja is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Kinesiologist and mindset coach and has been helping others improve their health since 2004. Now, she combines functional lab testing, personalized wellness protocols and mindset coaching to help women overcome the root cause of their food and weight struggles so they can reach their healthy, happy body weight without the obsession. She is also the host of the Fit and Vibrant You Podcast. When she’s not working, Tanja loves being active outdoors, and spending time with her husband and son. She also loves a slow morning with a good cup of coffee and her cats.
