Parenting is the most difficult job we will ever do. Why? It shines a light on all the areas of us that we still get to develop or areas where we haven’t fully healed. This week I have the privilege of interviewing a fellow parenting expert, Casey O’Roarty.

Casey works with parents and teachers in multiple settings to help them model, teach, and practice social and emotional skills with the children in their lives. She is a Positive Discipline Trainer, has her Masters of Education and practices her work daily with her own two children. You will love this interview!

Listen in as we get honest and juicy. We discuss things like her current parenting issues, how she takes care of herself so she can be her best self, her advice on how to stay calm when triggered by our teens, and much more.
