Dr. Samantha Brody is a licensed Naturopathic Physician and Acupuncturist, and the founder of Evergreen Natural Health Center in Portland, Oregon. For decades in her private practice and virtual consulting business Dr. Samantha has helped thousands of people transform their lives by looking at the whole picture.
I am excited to share Dr. Samantha’s work because this is how I got my health back on track. I had been to countless doctors and specialist (and gotten countless diagnoses and prescriptions) and kept feeling worse and worse. It wasn’t until I looked at the whole picture that my healing began.
Dr. Samantha approaches patients by looking at the whole picture when addressing someone’s health. She combines Western and Eastern medicine to help patients (and readers) find a place of health. Her book, Overcoming Overwhelm: Dismantle Your Stress from the Inside Out, is an excellent resource to walk you through four concrete steps to dismantle overwhelm.
