She began her career at Harvard before opening her own practice with a focus on supporting women in all their roles at work and at home. Dr. Welsh is a mother of 4 and draws on her own experience, her research career, and her 15 years in practice to help women feel less alone, more connected to themselves and their values, and more empowered to make their own choices.
