Aside from the obvious that it would be nice to be 92 and physically and mentally agile, our brain and bones are both malleable. Meaning, no matter what shape they’re in now or what past care we’ve given them, they can improve! How great is this!

Our brain has something called neuroplasticity. And so, when we do some of the thing I teach about in this episode, we can heal and strengthen this important organ at the same time! And did you know that the same goes for our bones? I didn’t know this but it’s true. Our body is constantly remodeling our skeleton by building up new bone tissue and breaking down old bone tissue!

This isn’t a science podcast so I won’t dive deep into the nuts and bolts of it except to reinforce that bones are living tissue with their own blood vessels and are made of various cells, proteins, minerals and vitamins. Which enables them to grow, transform and repair throughout our life.
