Say you want to improve your physical strength. You know there are things TO do: move your body, sleep, eat more whole foods, etc… I’ll bet you also know there are things NOT to do: skip workouts, eat plenty of sugar and white flour, spend a lot of time on the couch with your hand in a bag of chips?
Same goes for mental strength.
Amy Morin is a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and psychology lecturer at Northeastern University. She’s an international bestselling author of three books that have been translated into 35 languages.
