Women Judging Women
Calling all my women warriors. It is time. Time to stop this judgement of women. Further, it is time for women to support women. For us women to be the biggest supporters of our female friends, our female family members, our female coworkers, and our female mentors.
We do a lot of talking. Talking about women supporting women but are we actually doing it? Have you ever come home from a wine night and said what you truly did? “We had some chardonnay and judged each other.” We throw the hashtag #womensupportingwomen and #smashpatriarchy around like it’s confetti. How about today we join together to walk the walk. Let’s stop the judgement of women.
Listen in to learn:
- 2 reasons we judge women
- Why we are critical of other women
- Why we aren’t jealous of baking triathletes (unless we are, lol!)
- How keeping a judgement journal can help
- What criticism can teach us
- Why listening to jealousy is helpful
- A small practice for this week

Women Supporting Women?!
So what do you think? Will you practice supporting other women this week? Can you commit to feeling a bit of discomfort as we look at why we feel jealous or critical? Let me know in the comments below or on this week’s posts on Instagram. Let’s take the hashtag #togetherwerise into action. Click and let me know you’re in.
And if you are really serious about reversing this trend, living a life you want to be living and meeting other like-minded, non-complaining women, head over and sign up for the Finding Joy in Everyday Life Program. It is open for enrollment for a couple more days in 2021. Don’t be on the wrong side of the door when the doors close. You matter to me and we are waiting for you. This is your one precious life. It is time.
Journey on! Let’s spread some love to our warrior women. I love you all. I see you. I know you’re doing the best you can. As am I. Lets get it.
