Self compassion is the one thing that will help you feel better. I know, I know, you’ve heard this before and you’re doing the best you can. I invite you to listen in to this week’s podcast episode as I share a way to look at self compassion that’s different and transformative.
Family Time and Self Compassion?
What does this time of year and self compassion have in common? Rather, how can being kinder to yourself help you feel better in this holiday and family gathering season? In every way. This week’s podcast episode is a short and sweet episode to deliver a impactful message. One that, when practiced in this way, has the potential to change your life.
The past several weeks have been some heavy episodes with lots of tools to practice and opportunities for life transformations. The top downloaded episodes were on unconditional love, grief, and how to disarm a narcissist. Each of those episodes contained plenty of actionable tips and strategies. When put into action, those strategies have the potential to change your life. I want to give you time and space to practice the tips and tools I provide. Taking action is how we change lives and I want you to feel that satisfaction of action, not the stress that comes from learning and listening to all of these tips but not taking action, not doing.
Tis the Season
Further, if you’re listening to this live time, we are beginning that season warriors! A season of full schedules, of responsibilities. Possibly a season full of family, work or social gatherings. A season full of being tugged one way or the other. This season can bring a lot of joy and it can also bring a lot of discomfort. Tune in to this week’s episode for support.
