Do you say yes when you mean no?
Do you go along with a group to avoid conflict?
Do you feel responsible for how other people feel?
Do you apologize often?
When someone is upset with you, do you try to “make it right” even if that means that you go against your values?
Do you tell people when you’re disappointed in them or their actions?
Do you stick up for yourself when you feel you’ve been wronged?
You may be a people pleaser.
Or, more aptly titled, a people deceiver.
This podcast is for you.
4 tools.
Choose one.
Let’s go.
It’s time to feel better, dear warrior.
You matter to me.

Why do we care so much what others think of us?
And how do we stop giving a sh*t?
I’m excited to share two fundamental ways that have helped me stop giving a sh*t what other think so I could live a life that felt good to me! One without regret or guilt. One that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
Let’s go warriors!
Magical things happen when you stop giving a sh*t about what others think.

You matter to me.
It seems easier to blame.
Blaming others feels justified.
Blaming someone or something for what’s happening in your life seems easier.
Yet…
it doesn’t feel better.
Blaming others for why we feel how we feel or why our life is as it is leads us to feeling out of control and anxious.
It leads us to trying to control things outside of our influence:
other people and their actions..
Two simple things to feel more in control today.
I’m in, are you?

Four years ago, a man halfway around the world wrote a simple comment on an online review that changed both of our lives. Today we tell the story.
Please note, it is a story that involves big issues: alcoholism, sexual abuse, physical abuse, parental neglect, financial hardship, and childhood trauma. It is also a story that involves hope, resiliency, new beginnings, and is a testament to our ability as humans to continue to reach, evolve and remake ourselves, regardless of what our past holds.
My special guest today is Paul Pettit, Certified Reiki, Reflexboloy, Life Coach, and my husband. I am beyond honored to be able to share this man and our life experiences with you all.
Love is always the answer.

All of us who think people will behave as we would behave.
All of us who feel disappointment when they don’t.
All of us who think “this time it will be different”….
And then it isn’t.
