You’re Not Too Busy
I stepped back to realize that my thoughts of being too busy were not serving me. I changed my mindset from “I’m too busy for that” to “I have more than enough time”. A scarcity mindset does not produce an abundant life.

I spent years avoiding taking action; choosing instead to complain, blame, and avoid the work. The marriage you want, the lifestyle you want, the health you want, the relationship with your kids that you want? All of that is possible. IF…you actually do something. If you take action. If you do the work.
If all we do is measure where we need to go, instead of pausing to feel grateful for where we’ve come, we set ourselves up for sadness.
I’m sure you can come up with excuses as to why you didn’t do what you had set out to do on January first. Our brains are masters at finding reasons and excuses as to why we did what we did. It’s easier to blame someone or something else than to take responsibility for our situation. That blame isn’t going to create the life you want and so, how about you choose today to follow through with your commitment to yourself.
You were given this one precious life. It is your duty to evolve into the being you are meant to be.
