Who likes to feel resentful?
Uh, come on? Anyone?
It’s one of my least favorite feeling states and there’s a reason for that. it’s a problem solving emotion. It is unhelpful for our relationships and, if left unaddressed in marriage or parenthood, it can lead to some dark days.
Please listen in to today’s episode as I break it down in a way that really works for us busy, overworked women.
This is our time warriors. The world is not well-served to have us walking around as resentful, bitter women. Let’s learn these two things and leave a different legacy for our kids.

When we talk about feelings, who wants to feel resentment?
NOT ME!
And yet, it’s a feeling state that comes up for me in my life and instead of feeling shame that I feel it, I’m talking about it and how I’ve discovered a tactic to move out of it.

Our life is a result of the thoughts we’re thinking.
The thoughts we think cause us to feel certain ways. When we feel certain ways, we do things (actions, inaction, reaction).
The actions we take or don’t take create the results we see in our lives.

Eek..I’m feeling a bit exposed!
This episode is my most real, vulnerable episode yet.
Why am I airing it?
Because you matter greatly to me.
And because, if you somehow think that I’m some special unicorn who has it all together, that limits you and your success.

We are all humans here doing the best we can.
I have rough days. I have rough moments.
And today, I pull back the curtain to let you in to what my past self looked like so that you too can live a life you love.
I bring you today’s episode to quiet the voice in your head that’s saying your dreams are too big, your vision is unreasonable.
Or maybe your brain is so strong it doesn’t even let that glimmer in. You can’t even hear the excuses and instead you believe in the limits others have for you.
I’ve been there.
I get it.
And today, I get vulnerable. Through my mishaps and humanity, I want you to see the potential in all of us to RISE. To THRIVE. To be the heroine, the WARRIOR in our own stories.
I believe in you and I’m on this journey with you.
