Yay! I’m trying something a bit different this week. I’ve been reading a book (ADHD 2.0) that has me thinking in many different ways – about ADHD, brain health, brain fog, even perimenopause and menopause!
I decided to do the reading so you don’t have to. I’ve been told one of my superpowers is making things simple so as to inspire people into action.
Well, let’s go! What’s more important than taking action to support your brain health!?
I’ve pulled out five things that are helpful for humans (and particularly parents and women in their midlife!) to know about and practice.
