I am so excited for us!
Why?
Because on the podcast this week, Denise and I are talking about money.
Why does talking about money excite me when it used to nauseate me?
Because I’ve changed my money mindset.
And Denise got me started on that journey!!
Listen in as I want to bring you along on this journey.
The more of us who make money, the more influence we have.
And I feel confident in saying, that if you are a LYLS listener, your influence is one I want more of in this world.
The truth of the matter is, the more money we have, the more influence we have.
The more money we have, the more freedom we have to do what we are here on this earth to do.
The more money we have, the more we can support causes that matter to us.
I’m ready for different people to have influence.
I’m ready for some change.
One of her mantras: Make more money, Change the world.
Let’s go warriors.
It’s our time.

Susie is a Certified Life and Wellness Coach with over 10 years experience helping women live lives they love.
Today is the first in a series of podcasts about money.
You still there?
Phew.
Because how we think about money drives how we feel about money.
What Do You Say When You Talk About Time or Money?
How do you feel when you think about time or money?
The series starts with an interview speaking of our relationship with money and our relationship with time.
I believed for many years that the way I thought about time and money were facts or circumstances of my life.
I would say things like “I don’t have enough time” or “I have to work hard to make money” as if they were facts instead of thoughts that I was choosing to think.
The issue is, when we don’t separate out the facts from what we’re thinking about the facts of our life, we feel like victims or out of control in our own lives.
Even more interestingly, we get to work proving those thoughts true.
If I think I have too much to do, I feel overwhelmed. When I feel overwhelmed, I rarely sit and calmly do what needs to get done. Rather, I do the little things that don’t really need to be done, spend a lot of time complaining and stressing, and ultimately, don’t get done what needs to get done and prove my thought true. I do have too much to do.
Sigh.
Not a fun way to live but a way I lived for many, many years. Ceri Payne is on the show today and I’m so excited for you to listen in to our conversation. She is a Life Coach School Certified Coach who works with women on their relationships with time and money. We dive into how the stories we tell ourselves about money and the way we speak of time influence our everyday life. Whether we are in the middle of an epidemic or a regular Wednesday in life, the tools we discuss will help you.

The more of us open hearted individuals making money, the more influence we can have on world issues that concern us.
At a time when there’s a lot going on in this world, I want more of that.
More ability to influence and support.

I bring back a favorite podcast guest this week to tackle fear, worry, and life. Yes warriors, we dig into it all.
We dig into how fear and anxiety affect our wellness and mental health. We look at how our desire to control what we can’t adds stress to our systems. impacts our days and influences our family life.
Don’t worry though. As two women who have dedicated our lives to helping women, we don’t merely point out what’s wrong and leave you there. We give you ideas and tools for how to shift out of fear, self doubt, and perfectionism. We share experiences from our own lives and our current experiences with quarantine and covid19, to share what’s been working (and what hasn’t).
I loved connecting with Katherine and know you’ll love listening in.

In today’s episode, anxiety expert Stephanie Dalfonzo and I will discuss tips, tools, and strategies to help you feel more in control of your emotions, your reactions, and your life.

Four years ago, a man halfway around the world wrote a simple comment on an online review that changed both of our lives. Today we tell the story.
Please note, it is a story that involves big issues: alcoholism, sexual abuse, physical abuse, parental neglect, financial hardship, and childhood trauma. It is also a story that involves hope, resiliency, new beginnings, and is a testament to our ability as humans to continue to reach, evolve and remake ourselves, regardless of what our past holds.
My special guest today is Paul Pettit, Certified Reiki, Reflexboloy, Life Coach, and my husband. I am beyond honored to be able to share this man and our life experiences with you all.
Love is always the answer.
