Codependency

Codependency

Codependency is modeled in our movies, taught in our educational systems, and passed down like fine china in family lines.

Codependency is harmful, hurtful, and destructive.
Children raised in codependent houses have more anxiety and lower confidence. Adults and parents practicing codependency (my hand is raised here) feel more stress, frustration, and overwhelm. It is a big lose lose for everyone involved.
So what’s the solution!
