Anxiety is at an all time high – whether it’s our polarizing political climate, our actual climate 🔥, our teen’s anxiety, or any number of other factors in your life, we’re feeling it!

And while anxiety itself isn’t a signal that something is wrong with your or your teen, when it turns more into panic, it gets unmanageable.

Well, I’ve been there. I’ve had my share of panic attacks and helped teens with theirs. Today I offer help for when we are feeling panicky, either on the verge of our own panic attack or we’re freaking out because our teen or young adult is anxious or having panic attacks. 

In this week’s Love Your Life Show, I’m sharing three simple, powerful steps to help you manage anxiety before it spirals into a panic attack. These tools aren’t just for emergencies—they’re skills you can use every day to feel more grounded, calm, and in control.
