Parenting is never easy. In fact, I sometimes refer to it as the biggest self development class on steroids. Right now, it’s really not easy. We parents can find a lot to worry about and our kids are feeling a lot of discomfort.

When it comes to life we can drift and live as if carried by others’ currents and move from one place to another without much thought. I know I’m a life coach and all but true confession time: Up until recently, not only was I much more aware of what others liked and preferred, they had no clue what I liked or preferred.
For two very big reasons:
1) I didn’t tell them
2) I didn’t know!
Huh….not a great recipe for success.
